Encore ("we", "us") operates the marketplace at encoremacs.com for buying and selling pre-owned Apple Mac computers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

- Identity verification — when required to reduce fraud, verification is handled by our payment provider; we receive only a pass/fail result and the information needed to enable payouts.

- To operate the marketplace: identify listed Macs, process orders, hold funds in escrow, arrange shipping, and pay sellers.
